Encore Presentation: As you prepare for the Grammy Awards show take a listen to our year in music special - what we call - The Essential Albums of 2015. We discuss many of the Grammy nominees including Miguel, The Weeknd, Kendrik Lamar and Florence & The Machine and of course spend some time singing the praises of Grammy performer and demi-goddess, Adele. These are the albums that had us nodding our heads on the subway, singing at the top of our lungs in the shower and having a dance party in our living rooms. From hip hop to rock, young guns and legends - this is the music that was required listening for Inside Pop in 2015.

This episode is as jam packed as a pocketbook full of hot sauce!! First, we fall into formation behind Beyonce as she rules the weekend with an Internet breaking surprise music video drop followed by a legendary Super Bowl halftime performance. We dissect the video and eventually give some props to other SB50 highlights (including Matt Damon's new muscles!). Plus - we examine the phenomenon of the dreaded TV spoiler (while maintaining a spoiler-free conversation)and reveal our most traumatic spoiler alert stories. And, as always, end the show with The Big Sell.

This week's episode focuses on the growing group of TV viewers that are considered "Late to the Party" (that includes both of us who reluctantly admit to the fact that we have yet to fully dive into the Making a Murderer rabbit hole). How many ways can one be "late to the party"? (Answer: Too many!) And how do you cope when it feels like you're the only one NOT watching the 'it' show of the moment? Plus - if you're still scratching your head about the odd and controversial casting of Joseph Fiennes as Michael Jackson...so are we! We'll wrestle with that bizarre story which also inspires one of our Big Sells!

Fresh off of the weekend, Inside Pop returns with a new episode where we take it back...way back! We've created a new pop culture experiment called "Does It Stand the Test of Time?" We each picked a beloved television show from our past and revisit it to see if it is still entertaining today. For our first experiment, we look back at Felicity and The X-Files. And of course, we report back on last week's Big Sell.
